Virtual Training
We provide free virtual UMS training sessions throughout the year. We allocate a dedicated Product Expert from our Technical Support team to provide personal assistance to you in a small group setting where you can learn to better utilize your software. This is a great tool available to you, and we encourage our customers to take advantage of these free trainings.
These training opportunities are two-hours long and cover a wide array of topics. Trainings are designed to provide our users an in-depth understanding about the core processes within UMS as well as cover frequently asked questions.
