2. Access Detailed Consumption Data: From the Customer Dashboard, users can click on the “View Detailed Consumption” button in the Usage History widget.
3. Single Sign-On (SSO): Customers are automatically redirected to Neptune My360 without needing to re-register or log in again—offering a frictionless experience.
4. Empowered Insights: Once in Neptune My360, users can create usage alerts, set water budgets, and monitor consumption data in real-time.
