Continental Utility Solutions, Inc. (CUSI), a national leader in utility management software and technology services, is currently seeking a Support Development Specialists in Jonesboro, Arkansas. The successful candidate will work directly with the Technical Support staff and the Development staff to analyze, diagnose, and resolve issues.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assess issues and provide solutions for problems that cannot be resolved byL1 or L2
- Develop and apply technical expertise to deliver quality based technical support efficiently and effectively
- Continually improve product knowledge through training, review, and testing
- Document issues and findings correctly and concisely using audience-appropriate language and detail levels
- Work closely with the Development to maintain the status of backlog, contracted work, and bug resolution
- Development liaison maintaining open communication between Technical Support, Implementation, and Development
- Train users on application workflow and technical issues
- Escalation point for L1, L2, and Implementation Issues
- Perform application testing
- Ensure ongoing training of any internal resources (L1, Sales, Pre-Sales, Implementation)
- Maintain client confidence
- Implement, configure, and install new products
- Develop custom reports, integrations, or other procedures
Required Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of product and services
- Able to grasp new ideas quickly
- Organizational skills with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Root cause investigation and reporting
- Excellent people and communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Previous customer service or phone support experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL Server, Crystal Reports, and C#
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or higher technical certification
